North to the Flinders…

Recently headed north to the Flinders Ranges camping for a week…great weather for walking…cold enough for a small camp fire, space enough to breathe and hangout with the birds…

We headed to Wilpena Pound and wandered through some ancient eucalypts and passed some very ancient rocks. A sense of calmness and tranquility seemed to be present. . Sanctuary comes to mind.

The Flinders Ranges is said to be some of the oldest country on our planet…
